Spiritual Direction

I fell in love with the practice of Spiritual Direction many years ago when my children were young. The space set aside just for me so touched my heart and drew me into a new relationship with God. After receiving direction for many years I began a two year course through Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction and earned my certificate as a Spiritual Director. I now have the privilege and honor of accompanying others on their journey of discovery. 

Through the practice of Spiritual Direction, we set aside space, sacred and unhurried, for me to accompany you as you discover God's presence in the midst of the storms of life. The space offers a place where you can feel safe to share your joys, sorrows, doubts and fears and together we will invite the Spirit of God to reveal His presence in the midst of your life. Through the practice of reflection, silence, prayer, and questions, I help you to notice the stirrings of God right in the middle of the journey you are on. In this sacred and safe space we discover the Holy Spirit is present with you and is eager to meet you right where you are. Come find a space to be still and know that He is God.
